Warrior Life Berberine contains 790 mg of granular berberine hydrochloride extract standardized to 8% and 10 mg of granular berberine hydrochloride extract standardized to 97% per two-capsule serving. These amounts describe the extracts, not 800 mg of pure berberine. Each bottle contains 60 capsules and 30 servings. The label directions are two capsules daily.
